How to make your own yoghurt?

Fill this pan with 6 cups of water in a medium heat.
Stir in 4 cups of full-cream powdered milk.
Then add 6 or more tablespoonfuls of plain yoghurt as a base. Think of a starter/base as the brains of the whole process. It contains the bacteria that triggers the fermentation process which turns the milk into yoghurt.
Dip your finger to check the temperature of the milk. It should be bearable and not very hot at all.
Prepare empty glass bottles of any kind such as spaghetti, mayonnaise or starbuck glass bottle to fill it with the yoghurt mixture.
Let it sit for 2 or 3 hours in a water ( you can still dip your hand in it).
See to it that it is not watery otherwise add an hour or so to let it sit. Then it is ready to place it inside the fridge. You can try your yoghurt with strawberry jam or a bit of a sugar. So yummy and so healthy! Try it now. Enjoy!!!
This is my yummy yoghurt....
with a spoon of rhubarb jam....
and taste of it! :)
