home-made mayonnaise!


Step 1 Put 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 mustard, 2 tbsps. vinegar and 1 tbsp. sugar in a blender.
Step 2 Dip one egg in boiling water for 20 seconds and then put in cold water to cool.
Step 3 Add the egg

Step 4 Start blending and gently pour 1 cup of oil into the blender until the mixture has thickened.
slowly... until it thickens.

Step 5 There is the cool mayonnaise. Enjoy!!!
