Our devotion for today!

Bible verse Isaiah 55: 8-9

"One early morning when he was flying in Papua, he was asking to one of the mission pioneers ( a national) how's the weather in the airstrip. The pioneer said, oh it isn't good, very cloudy and it is very thick, there's no way you can land it here.

So he said okay", "i will just fly to the neighboring airstrip since this day is just like one of these days that are just beautiful to fly. It is so"blue and so clear, no clouds at all".

While he was flying, he really couldn't see even a cloud in the sky , it was all so blue. So he flew near to the airstrip where he had to unload the cargo. To make it sure, he had to call the old pioneer again. Still he said, "no it is still not good why you are still here". Obviously, he could hear the plane above him. Still the pilot couldn't believe what the pioneer had said.

Anyway, the pilot kept on flying around and closer to the airstrip where he could see clearly and to the house of this pioneer who lived 10 feet below the airstrip valley. Amazingly, the house of the pioneer was covered with thick fog, only his house!

So the pilot landed on the airstrip and the pioneer heard him and went out noticing that the whole airstrip was so clear and blue.

The pioneer was so deeply embarrassed and apologized to the pilot what he had done. He just say no without going out there and checked it well.

What lesson do you think we can learn about this, to the pioneer, and as well as to the pilot?
